Truth is alive, sturdy yet flexible, a gift of God discovered by the scientist who experiments intelligently, the philosopher who interprets wisely, and the believer who studies, serves, prays, and worships in spirit and in truth. One person’s truth can differ from another’s in the sense that truth is many-sided, and for various reasons people often focus more on one side than on another. The more we seek truth in its wholeness, the more we live the truth.

James Perry
Truth has many manifestations. As it passes through the experiences, minds, morals, intellectual bent and culture, it manifests itself differently, but it is the same truth. Just as there is only one God, but three manifestations in the persons of the Father, Son, and Spirit.
The reception of truth depends upon the quality and quantity of the soul, the capacity for truth discernment and its meanings in the mind. The more the soul grows the greater is the depth of the meanings of the values of truth which gives rise to the different interpretation of truth.
The reception of truth by the individual can be likened to ice cream that has many, many flavors. The different flavors favor us with different quality of taste delight, but it is still the same ice cream; it retains its quality even as its flavor differs.
Again the reception of truth can be likened to a woman who applies a certain perfume to her skin. This perfume when it interacts with the chemicals in the person skin gives a unique quality to the scent, but it still remains the same perfume.
Finally the reception of truth can be likened to light. Under the prism of the mind it yields the various colors of the mind meanings, each color of meaning determined by the purity of the mind prism.
